Tim Walker was born in England in 1970 with a passion for photography. He finished university with a BA Honours degree in photography at Exeter College of Art, Walker was awarded third prize as the The Independant Young Photographer of the year. He now entrances the readers of Vogue month by month, for over a decade creating extravagant ideas to characterises his unique style.

The Lady Grey is one of Time Walkers photos. To me this photo reminds me of a young, elegant and upper class lady dressed in white. Also when i look at this photo it reminds me of christmas time because the white tree in the background reminds me of snow, which people generally symbolise with christmas time (A White Christmas).

This photos links to my Christmas shoot even through i have focused on christmas decorations and not the fashion. This is because in this image i have taken a close up of a snowy branch. This then links to the tree in Walkers photo. Also the candles on the tree could symbolise christmas lights but because this theme is set in a time where they didn't have electricity they would of used candles instead.
