This make up shoot fits in with my seasonal theme because it is three total different looks-summer, autumn and winter. All using different colours and styles to suit each season.

This image is one I have taken from my summer shoot. When I think about summer make up I think about the bright colours that are used to symbolise flowers that blossom during this time. Therefore I have created this look by using this idea and building on it by using a series of bright coloured make up, alongside a crystal white flower crown, placed onto of her head, and lose but thick plaits generally placed at either side of her face. On a whole this look then make her look innocent and delicate like a flower.
What I like about this look is how well the pink and yellow stand out against her pale skin, structured check and jaw bone and her dark blonde hair.

My autumn inspired look is very simplistic against my summer and winter looks. This is because I have used earthy tones like browns and oranges on her eyes and check bone to give it an autumnble feel to the image. The main reason why I have decided not to use bright colours like the summer look and dark colours like the winter look is because autumn lies between these two season, and during this time it is a big change from bright to dark colours. Therefore, I then decided that using brown and oranges would be perfect for this look.

For my winter look I have used much darker colours to create this look. What I find interesting about this look is that the mise en scene can all be linked back to the winter season. By using these specific colours, black, deep purple and sliver, will represents the darkness of winter. Especially the silver glitter which symbolises the frost that people generally experience during this time.
By positioning her on a light grey throw with her dark, blonde and messy hair to one side, with three delicate but deep purple flowers, loosely intertwined into her hair. All this can then be linked back to the summer look (at the beginning) with white flowers carefully positioned on top of her head alongside two thick plaits, all to highlight her innocent and delicacy.
However the girl shown in this photo is the complete opposite because it looks like she wants to break free from the innocent and delicate look to a look with more power.

Now the girl in this image is specifically positioned in the centre of the camera, with her blonde hair placed neatly to the side of her face. Her piercing blue eyes starring directly into the camera which give her a sense of power and control.
